We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.

Does Bohu take online orders?
Yes, we do. Once you order from our website, you can expect all our products to be delivered within 7-20 working days.
Do you take the payment cash on delivery?
We don't provide cash on delivery service. You have to pay minimum 50% of the full payment while ordering and due amount should be paid before delivery.
Do I have to pay delivery fee if I order from Dhaka city?
Yes, we charge based on your items to be delivered. Minimum charge 200 BDT.
Do you take extra charges for outside Dhaka orders?
We’d be happy to serve you at free of cost, but our delivery man lives on this! The cost depends on where you are located as our delivery costs vary from place to place.
Do you offer assembly services upon online order?
Yes, we do. A member of staff will come to your location after your product is delivered. They will help and assist you in setting up your product at no cost.
