1. General Policy
- All products must be checked at the time of delivery or purchase
- If no issue is reported at that time, the product will be considered free from defects
- No refunds are allowed under any circumstances (full or partial)
We only allow returns for exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Online Purchases (Website Orders)
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Products purchased from our website may be eligible for exchange if:
- The return request is made within 30 days of purchase
- Request is submitted via: info@bohubangladesh.com
- Valid proof of purchase (receipt/order number) is provided
3. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for exchange:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging, tags, and barcodes
- Proof of condition (photos/videos) may be required
We reserve the right to reject returns if the product appears:
- Used
- Damaged
- Altered or devalued
4. Exchange Terms
- Exchanges are only allowed with products available on our website
- Exchange must be for equal or higher value
- Additional payment is required for higher-value items
- Exchange for lower-value products is not permitted
5. Charges & Delivery
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Customers must bear:
- Return shipping costs
- Delivery cost for exchanged product
For orders outside Dhaka:
- Customers are responsible for returning the product safely
- If damaged upon return, exchange will be denied
6. Non-Eligible Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized products
- Discounted or sale items
In-Store / Showroom Purchases
7. Return Timeframe
- Furniture items: within 30 days
- Non-furniture items: within 7 days
8. Return Requirements
- Original receipt must be presented
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Inspection may be conducted in person or via media (photo/video)
9. Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are only valid at the same showroom where purchased
- Must be exchanged with available products only
- Same value rules apply:
- Equal or higher value → allowed
- Lower value → not allowed
10. Additional Charges
- Delivery fees are non-adjustable
- Customers bear:
- Return transport cost
- Delivery cost for exchanged product
For locations outside Dhaka:
- Customer is fully responsible for returning the product safely
11. Non-Eligible Items
The following are strictly non-exchangeable:
- Customized products
- Discounted or promotional items
